Complete Property Portfolio

There has been a market at Spitalfields for more than 350 years, its modern incarnation sees carefully refurbished Victorian buildings meet world-leading standards. We were asked to survey and produce commercial EPCs for a landlord's portfolio of twelve buildings at the market, a considerable proportion of the bricks-and-mortar trading space on site. As one might expect from such a centrally-located retail oasis the tenants were top tier - amongst the retailers were the ultra-trendy sportswear brands On and Rains along with funky eyewear specialists Bloobloom we were surprised to see Amazon Salon - a first for the global behemoth. Four of the properties were hospitality focused and included such foodie names as Brother Marcus and Alfi along with more alcohol-led offerings from Players Social Bar and The Grocer pub. We're delighted to report that most of the properties gained EPC ratings of B along with two 'A's thanks to a high level of HVAC systems present and the 2005 major regeneration scheme.
