We collect information directly given to us by you.
The information provided is for the purposes of quoting and performing Energy Assessments at your address(es).
The only instances in which your data would be shared with a third party would be to gain further details of the energy efficiency on specific elements (mechanical or electrical) in your premises.
You may withdraw your consent to any data which we hold about you at any time.

 

Your information is securely stored.

 

Your personal information is kept for a period of 6 years for the purposes of potential future auditing by the regulatory bodies which monitor the accuracy of EPCs - in our case Elmhurt Energy.
Once the recommended period of data storage has elapsed the data will be securely deleted from the cloud.

Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:

 

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
