Performing EPCs for commercial spaces across the Capital is always a pleasure but sometimes its a priviledge and this was decidedly the case when we were called in for an expedited EPC for the Blackfriars Settlement. The charitable organisation dates back to 1887 and serves as an inclusive hub for the community with five key aims:

• Improve physical and mental well-being and independence for all.

  
  

• Strengthening learning & development – both formal and informal.​

  
  

• Boost digital inclusion.

  
  

• Be a focal point in the community.​

We witnessed first hand their remarkable work with elderly locals. They were in the process of leasing some of their space when it became apparent an EPC was urgently needed, they received a super fast delivery time and their building, only a dozen years old came up trumps with a solid C rated EPC.
