We had the privilege of partnering with the prestigious 25 Bedford Row Barristers' chambers for a truly captivating survey. Behind the facade of a heritage building that was built in the 1760s, we uncovered some of the most exceptional office spaces in London. What made this project particularly fascinating was the successful integration of best-in-class environmental HVAC systems and an unexpectedly innovative addition — a rooftop solar PV array. These enhancements resulted in the achievement of a robust 'B' energy rating certificate, demonstrating the remarkable transformation of an age-old property into an energy-efficient space.
